30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging attached.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Items in original, unworn condition
  • Original tags and packaging attached
  • No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Watches with original paperwork and packaging

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items with visible wear, fragrance, or alterations
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Custom or special-order pieces

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email themaisonchrome@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Securely package the item with all original tags
  4. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or piece. Contact us before returning and we'll guide you through the process.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
